Product Description:

Tension springs and all the other springs are manufactured on new CNC machines according to customer-supplied dimensions, drawings or samples. Helical tension springs are made of steel spring wire of a circular cross section of 0.2 mm to 8 mm.

Other information:

Tension springs are helical cylindrical spring with approximately constant stiffness. Cold formed tension springs are preferably produced with prestressing, i.e. with active coils attached to each other. It is also possible to use tension springs without prestressing with clearance between the active coils.
